"Little Saints" Extended Care Program
- All children will end and exit the Program through the front doors of the school
- Children MUST BE SIGNED INTO AND OUT OF THE PROGRAM BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN OR OTHER AUTHORIZED ADULT. If a child is to be picked up by someone other than the usual adult, a note must be sent to school to inform us of the change. If your child is not a “regular”, a note should be sent in to school on those days when he/she will be attending.
- Program Fees are:
$7.00/hour –one child
$10/hour – two children
$12/hour – three children
There is a minimum charge of 1 hour for the morning session and the same for the afternoon session. After the first hour fees are calculated on one-haff hour increments.
- Each Family will be billed bi-monthly and prompt payment is expected. Payments more than one day in arrears will be subject to a $10/week late fee beginning at week three. Delinquent payment may result in forfeiture if attendance in the Program. All checks are made payable to “OLMC School – Little Saints Program”
- Morning session begins at 7:00am and goes until 9:00am. After school sessions begin immediately at dismissal and ends promptly at 5:30pm. A late fee of $5.00 per child will be charged for each 15-minute (or part thereof) interval of tardiness. The police will be called if a parent is 30 minutes late.
- All snacks must be provided by the student’s parent/guardian
- Parents are reminded to check all homework started or completed at Little Saints.
- Little Saints is open ONLY WHENS SCHOOL IS IN SESSION. On 12:30 dismissal days, the Program will be open from 12:30-5:20pm. If school has a DELAYED OPENING, the opening time for Little Saints is 7:30am. If an Early Dismissal Due to weather is called, LITTLE SAINTS will be closed.
